The aim of this policy is to provide you with basic information about the processing of your personal data, in case you expressed an interest in our services, e.g. when you are buying something or using our services, and for this purpose you are browsing our website.

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in the function of a personal computer, phone or other device and that contains information about your activity on this website. Cookies enable and facilitate browsing

 

This information aims to provide knowledge about what personal data in cookie form we process, how we deal with it, for which purposes we use it, to whom we can provide it, where you can obtain information about your personal data and enforce your rights in the processing of personal data.

In case of any ambiguities, questions regarding the processing of your personal data, suggestions, or complaints if you believe that we process your personal data unlawfully or unfairly, or to exercise any of your rights, you can contact us by email: office@loanmanagement.sk or in writing to the Controller's address. We will try to deal with your correspondence as soon as possible, but we will respond to you within 1 month from the day of its receipt. In certain cases, we may need to add information for identification and verification of your identity in order to process your request.

Received questions, suggestions, requests for exercising your rights, etc. they may be provided to our external Data Protection Officer, who ensures independent supervision of the correct and secure processing of your personal data. 1. Use of cookies

How we use cookies
The Controller processes all cookies based on Art. 6 par. 1 letter a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") with the exception of essential (necessary) cookies. The Controller processes them on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1 letter f) of the Regulation, as its legitimate interest.

The Controller uses several types of cookie files and groups them on its website into the following categories (for the following purposes):
 
Necessary cookies (obligatory for the proper functioning of the website)
Technical storage or access is absolutely necessary for the legitimate purpose of enabling the use of a specific service that the participant or user has expressly requested, or for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of communication over an electronic communication network.

Identification of data subjects while processing cookies
Data subjects whose personal data is processed in the form of cookies are: users browsing the website of the Controller.
 
Identification of recipients, categories of recipients
The Controller may provide personal data to the authorized entities, such as institutions and organizations, under specific legal regulation or to the contractors (especially the data Processors) who have undertaken to accept reasonable safeguards for the protection of the processed personal data.
 
Personal data may be provided to other recipients if the data subject consents or orders to provide his/ her personal data to them.
 
Transfer of personal data to third country or international organization
The transfer of personal data from cookies is not carried out.
 
Identification of the source of which the data were collected
Directly from the data subject (by accepting cookies while visiting website, by using website).
 
The retention period of personal data
The Controller processes personal data from cookie files for a maximum period of 13 months. Depending on the individual types of cookies, their processing time also varies. Some cookies have a permanent storage period, but only in anonymized form.
 
Profiling
The Controller does not process personal data from cookie files by profiling nor in a similar way based on automated individual decision-making.
 
Obligation to provide personal data in cookie form
The website visitor, as a data subject, provides his personal data voluntarily, based on consent (provision is not a legal/contractual requirement). If they are not provided, the Controller will not process any type of cookies to ensure the provision, improvement and development of new services, with the exception of necessary cookies.

2. Managing your cookie preferences

Avoiding the use of cookies on this website
By default, the Controller does NOT track the experience of visitors to these websites. The data subject may choose to consent to the processing of any personal data collected while browsing the website.
 
The data subject also has the option to disable the processing of any cookies directly in his web browser.
 
Disabling and preventing the use of cookies
At any time, the person concerned can limit, block or delete cookies from these websites by changing the configuration of their browser at the following links:

3. Rights of the data subject

The data subject shall have the right to request from the Controller the access to processed personal data concerning him/ her, the right to rectification of personal data, the right to personal data erasure or restriction, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, the right to data portability as well as the right to initiate the proceeding to supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection).

When the Controller processes personal data based on data subject's consent, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent to processing at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject can exercise his/ her rights by sending an e-mail to address: office@loanmanagement.sk or by sending the letter to the address of the Controller.
