About us
LOAN MANAGEMENT II focuses on investments in distressed debt portfolios and unique investment opportunities across Central, Southeastern, and Southern Europe.
Since 2014, the company has successfully completed more than 45 transactions across Romania, Hungary, Poland, Croatia, and Greece, investing alongside multinational institutional investors.
Our core investment focus includes portfolios of distressed secured and unsecured corporate, SME and retail loans, leasing, as well as real estate assets originating from distressed debt collateral.
In addition, we provide financing for selected, highly secured business and investment projects that meet our criteria of long-term stability and profitability.

TETRA
We will prepare the most advantageous holding structure, propose and, subject to client’s approval, implement individual transactions, cover legal, tax and accounting services, bank financing, payment, registration and administration.

Project TETRA
Project TETRA, launched in 2021, represents the company’s unique 10-year investment initiative focused on distressed banking debt portfolios and the financing of highly secured investment opportunities.
The project aims to deploy the company’s own capital, complemented by funds raised through a series of limited private bond issuances.
Bonds provide LOAN MANAGEMENT II, as the issuer, with the opportunity to expand its investment capacity in individual transactions, while also offering bondholders the opportunity to participate in the TETRA project.
