The joint-stock company LOAN MANAGEMENT II is an experienced investor in portfolios of overdue receivables from major financial institutions and banks in Central and South-eastern Europe. Since its inception in 2014, it has completed 26 successful transactions, mainly in Romania, Serbia, Hungary, and Croatia.

The company’s target investments are portfolios of receivables from non-performing corporate secured and unsecured loans, mortgages, consumer loans, leasing, and factoring or outstanding trade receivables. LOAN MANAGEMENT II also invests in companies that own portfolios of receivables and real estate arising from these receivables.

In its investment decisions and further management of purchased overdue receivables, LOAN MANAGEMENT II cooperates with the most important receivables portfolio manager in Central and South-eastern Europe, the APS Group, which also holds 50% of its shares.
